PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).


SHIPPING OPTIONS & DELIVERY

Standard Shipping — Free
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days, depending on destination and carrier.

Express Shipping — $14.99
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on destination and carrier.

Delivery timeframes begin after processing is completed.


TRACKING INFORMATION

All orders include a tracking number with real-time updates.

If tracking does not update immediately, please allow 3–7 business days for the carrier to scan and show movement, especially during peak seasons.


DELAYS

Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, customs inspections, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.

TrendWay is unable to file carrier disputes unless a package is officially confirmed as lost.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist you promptly.


INCORRECT ADDRESS

TrendWay is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can update the address upon request.


ORDER MARKED DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

Please contact us first so we can verify delivery details and assist you with the carrier investigation process.
